Current operating status
Clariq is a trade name used by its founder, operating as an individual sole proprietor based in India. Clariq is not presently an incorporated company. The founding service accepts creator storefront submissions and brand-access requests; it does not yet process marketplace payments or guarantee bookings.
These documents are practical founding-stage terms, not a substitute for advice from an Indian lawyer or tax professional. They must be reviewed again before Clariq accepts payments, holds funds, pays creators or launches in additional regulated markets.
