1. Founding creator application
Your submission is an application for review. It is not automatically public or bookable. Clariq may request clarification, evidence or approval of the final storefront. You can withdraw through support.
2. Authority and ownership
You confirm that you own or are authorised to represent the submitted channel, publication, brand assets and sponsorship inventory. You retain ownership and grant only the operational licence in the Terms of Service.
3. Metrics and verification
Use recent, representative figures. Do not purchase, fabricate or knowingly misstate followers, subscribers, impressions, opens, clicks or engagement. Until evidence or an approved platform connection is checked, metrics may be labelled “Creator-provided.” Verification is a point-in-time check, not a promise of future performance.
4. Offers, pricing and availability
You control formats, starting price, minimum spend, lead time, excluded categories and available dates. Onboarding prices are non-binding drafts until the commercial process is approved. Tell Clariq when pricing, availability or deliverables materially change.
5. Brand requests
You may accept, decline or request clarification. Review the brand, claims, assets, dates and disclosure requirements before accepting. Paid booking terms will be presented separately before any transaction.
6. Advertising disclosures
You are responsible for clearly disclosing sponsored content and following applicable advertising, endorsement, platform and consumer-protection rules. Do not hide a commercial relationship or make unsubstantiated claims.
7. Prohibited collaborations
You must follow the Sponsorship Rules. Clariq may refuse a campaign that creates legal, safety, fraud, reputational or platform-policy risks.
8. No exclusivity
You can work with other platforms, agencies and brands. Clariq does not own your audience or prohibit direct relationships you already have.
9. Fees, payouts and taxes
Clariq does not currently collect marketplace fees or process creator payouts. Before paid booking launches, you will receive pricing, cancellation, refund, payout, tax and invoicing terms and must accept them before transacting.
You remain responsible for your taxes, registrations and invoices. Clariq does not provide tax advice.
10. Removal and safety
Clariq may pause or remove a storefront for suspected impersonation, manipulated metrics, policy violations, repeated complaints, security risk or legal requests. Where reasonable, we will explain and allow correction. You may request correction, export or deletion through support.
