Terms of Service · Effective 15 August 2026

Terms for using Clariq.

These terms apply when you browse Clariq, request brand access, submit a creator storefront or contact support.

1. Who operates Clariq

Clariq is a trade name used by its founder, operating as an individual sole proprietor based in India (“Clariq”, “we”, “us”). It is not currently an incorporated company. Contact the operator through Clariq support.

2. Founding-stage service

Clariq currently helps creators describe their audiences and sponsorship offerings, and helps brands express interest in relevant media. Submission does not create a public listing, booking, agency relationship or payment obligation. We may review, verify, accept, reject or request changes.

Clariq does not currently collect sponsorship payments, hold money for another person, or guarantee that a creator or brand will accept a collaboration.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree. If you submit information for a publication, channel or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

4. Your information and conduct

You must provide accurate, lawful and current information. Do not impersonate another person, inflate metrics, submit private information without authority, interfere with the service, probe security, send malware or facilitate unlawful or deceptive activity.

5. Creator storefronts

Creators also agree to the Creator Terms. A storefront remains private until approved. “Creator-provided” is not a verification. A verified label may be applied only after evidence or an approved platform connection is checked.

6. Brands and advertisements

Brands are responsible for their products, claims, creative assets and tracking links. Creators remain free to accept or reject requests. Everyone must follow the Sponsorship Rules.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your names, logos, content and materials. You give Clariq a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, format and display materials you expressly approve for a storefront and to use them to operate and promote that storefront.

8. Third-party services

Future links or integrations with Beehiiv, Substack or social platforms remain subject to their terms and availability. No platform connection is currently required.

9. Availability and changes

The founding service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause or discontinue features, but will not convert a free submission into a paid obligation without clear notice and agreement.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clariq does not promise uninterrupted availability, revenue, sponsorship acceptance, accuracy of user-supplied metrics or a particular result. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and removal

We may reject, hide or remove misleading, unsafe, unlawful, infringing or incomplete submissions. You may stop using the service and request deletion.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction at the operator’s principal place of business in India have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes

Material changes will have a new effective date. We will seek renewed agreement where required.
