One state for every handoff

Sponsorships fail when commercial agreement, assets and publication dates live in separate inboxes. A shared workflow makes the next owner and deadline visible.

Recommended stages

Clariq’s collaboration pipeline reflects the operational work rather than treating ‘booked’ as the end.

  • Enquiry: initial request received
  • Reviewing: fit, price and availability checked
  • Assets needed: brief or files incomplete
  • Scheduled: commercial and creative requirements accepted
  • Published: placement delivered
  • Payment pending: invoice open
  • Complete: delivery and payment reconciled

Keep an audit trail

Record approvals, requested changes, final assets and schedule changes against the collaboration. This reduces disputes and makes repeat campaigns much faster.

A next-action date is more useful than a long notes field. Every active collaboration should make its next decision obvious.
